PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently manufacture a homogeneous structure difficult to form a short path of gas in the inner part by binding a metallic wire through a bending mechanism in a solid wave form. CONSTITUTION:While the metallic wire is pulled out of a roller 6 to the lower part, enters a bending machine 2 and passes between 1st gears 9,9, it is bent in the wave form on a surface at a constant pitch. Then, this bent metallic wire passes through a guide 10, between 2nd gears 10, 10, forms ruggedness bent in the different directions and in the solid wave form to the bent surface and the metallic wire which is bent in the waveform in the directions and pitches different to each other is obtained. A tension adjusting mechanism 3 keeps the tension of the metallic wire constant. The metallic wire is coiled uniformly on a coiling roller 19 as it is being guided by a uniformly winding guide 20 and when a fixed amount of coiling ends, the end part is cut by a cutting mechanism 4. The coiled metallic wire is joined by a metallic joining wire and pressed by a compression forming machine into a prescribed form. |
