PURPOSE:To contrive even an improvement in an outward appearance by closing a dent in a suture part by releasing compression force of a cushioning body and preventing a positional deviation of the same, by a method wherein a skin material obtained by lining a cushioning body to the suture part in a recessed form is fitted over a suture part positioning protrusion of a mold by its suture part, a foam molding material is cast into the same and its foam molded product is taken out. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 4 sealed with a sealing material 6 is set up to a cavity 11 so that its suture part 4a is fitted over a suture part positioning protrusion 10a of a bottom force 10 of a mold 9. Then a foam molding material is cast, foamed after mold clamping of the same with a top force 13 and a sheet 1 where a foamed body 8 is molded integrally is obtained. Then the sheet 1 is taken out by breaking a mold 9 and compression force of a cushioning body 3 which is being compressed is released. A positional deviation with actuation of casting pressure of the foam molding material is prevented reliably in this manner and an improvement in an outward appearance is contrived by closing a dent of the suture part 4a. |
