发明名称 OSCILLATORY WAVE MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an oscillatory wave motor of high torque and high efficiency having thermal resistibility and lubricity by molding a composite resin layer whose base material of an aromatic polyester is blended with a filling material and by subjecting the base material to an orientation in the surface layer thereof and to non-orientation in the inner part thereof. CONSTITUTION:A sliding body 6 is brought into contact with an oscillatory body 2 generating a progressive oscillatory wave, being pressurized. The sliding body 6 is provided with a composite resin offering the surface to contact with the oscillatory body 2. The sliding body 6 which is brought into contact with the oscillatory body 2 and pressurized is friction-driven relatively by the progressive oscillatory wave generated in the oscillatory body 2. The composite resin layer is formed by blending the base material of an aromatic polyester with a filling material. The base material is formed while being subjected to orientation in the surface layer thereof whereas not subjected to orientation in the inner part thereof. Thereby, an oscillatory wave motor of high torque and high efficiency having thermal resistibility and lubricity can be obtained. Also, 'wow and flutter' under no-load or light-load can be avoided.
