<p>PURPOSE:To achieve safety, reliability, and automation for a pallet fixing device in a roller conveyer of a direction changing device and the like, by providing a claw, which is protruded between the rollers of the roller conveyer, and by which the pallet on the conveyer is sandwiched in a width direction, in such a way that it is moved in a reverse direction along the width. CONSTITUTION:When a vacant pallet stops between gripping claws 5, 12 on the surface of a roller conveyer 40 of a direction changing device, a driving mechanism 19 is activated, and the gripping claws 5, 12 are moved in a direction that they come close to one another, so as to center the pallet and sandwich thereby. By the gripping of the gripping claws 5, 12, accurate positioning is achieved. The putting of a work can thus be carried out smoothly and safely.</p> |
