PURPOSE: To obtain the subject pharmaceutical composition largely improved in biological utility and tolerance by adding an amino acid, its salt, derivative or analog to a poloypeptide solution. CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by mixing a polypeptide solution with an amino acid selected from lysine, ornithine, arginine, diaminopimelic acid, agmatine, creatine, quanidine acetic acid, acetyl ornithine, citrulline, arginino succinic acid, tranexamic acid andε-aminocaproic acid, its salt, derivative or analog in a concentration of 0.001-1 mole/liter, preferably 0.01-0.5 mole/ liter. An improvement effect by the amino acid can especially be recognized on t-PA, t-PA mutant, hirudin, urokinase, antithrombin III, the factor XIII, erythropoietin, von Willebrand's factor, and placental protein. |
