A circuit for converting uni-polar pulses into bipolar pulses comprises a transistor 3 having a feed forward path between base and collector. As described, input pulses at 1 are arranged to have a duration of the same order as the delay imposed by transistor 3. The input pulse is thus initially passed via resistor 6 to the output 7 and after a delay imposed by transistor 3 an inverted output pulse is provided by the transistor. The circuit is suitable for providing bipolar pulses for synchronizing circuits of a television receiver. Resistors 5 and 6 may be replaced by transistors.</p> |
