PURPOSE:To efficiently extract a drink of a good quality from a raw material in a short time by providing a separator having a filter, whose peripheral edge comes into contact closely with a container wall of an extraction container and which rotates and slides coaxially with a rotation axis of the extraction container, and a selecting and driving means for diving selectively the extraction container and the separator by a common rotation driving source. CONSTITUTION:In a drink extracting device 1, a raw material of prescribed quantity weighed by a raw material supply device, and hot water weighed by a hot water supply device are supplied to an extraction container 2 from a guide cylinder 6 and a tube 7, respectively, mixed and a drink is extracted. Subsequently, by rotating the extracting container 2 by a rotation axis, the extracted drink and extraction dregs are separated. Next, the drink is supplied to a cup 5 through a funnel 3, and also, the extraction dregs are discharged to a extraction dreg dumping box 4, and a series of drink extracting operations are executed. The extraction container 2 is attached to a hollow rotation axis 16 and 17, and in the inside of the rotation axis 16 and 17, a separator axis 18 passes through, and to the separator axis 18, a separator 19, is fixed. |
