A glazing or other panel mounting assembly includes a frame bar 14 provided with an undercut groove, an insert strip 4 adapted to seat with one longitudinal edge 15 along the frame bar 14 and provided with a flange 8 and a channel 3, and a resilient holder 1 provided with a base 1a holding tongue 7 of V-section on the base 1 and a lateral extension 2 of the base, the flange 8 projecting into the undercut of the groove with the free end of the flange surrounded by the tongue 7 so as to exert a turning force on the flange 8 to press it against the undercut of the groove and secure it in the groove of the frame bar 14 and the lateral extension 2 engaging in the channel 3 of the insert strip, to press this latter on its seating. |
