<p>System comprises coating an electroconducting carrier with a 10(2-5) mu thick insulating layer (I) contng. 1 wt.pt. synth. resin binder (II) and 12-2000 wt. pts. finely powdered photoconducting particles (III) (pref. ratio (II): (III) is 1:15-200), on which an electrostatic latent image is formed, and developing with a developer which deposits thermoplastic 'toner' particles (IV) on the image the surface and background of which are transferred to a receving sheet (V) the image being virtually free from insulating material from the background parts of the said coating. Heat is used to melt (IV) during transference to (V).</p> |
