<p>Tunnel for freezing a food product passing through the tunnel by a transporter by means of cold gas, consists of a number of sections succeeding each ohter in the direction of movement of the transporter, each section being provided with a ventilator for gas circulation, and at least one section being provided with a line for the supply of a cold liquid such as liquid nitrogen, while a shaft with an open end towards the transporter is placed on at least one side of the transporter, the ventilator being placed in this shaft.</p> |
