<p>1280512 Fluid servosystems INTERNATIONAL BASIC ECONOMY CORP 9 Sept 1969 [18 Sept 1968] 44467/69 Heading G3P A line 18 connecting pump 10 with load 36 extends through the casing of main spool valve 16 and restrictor 52 to a line 20 entering the casings of pilot spools 12, 14. The latter can be arranged to maintain the pressure in line 18 between high and low levels, depression of either spool initiating a flow from line 20 to drain 28 and the consequent pressure drop across 52 being applied via 18, 24 to main spool 48 moving the latter to connect line 18 to drain. Check valve 72 and bypass restrictor 74 provide rapid opening and slow closure of spool 48. An oil-filled damper 90 stabilizes spool 48. As an alternative, one of the pilot spools can control the main spool such that the latter maintains a constant flow-rate, and the other pilot spool can exercise a pressure relief function.</p> |
