<p>Steel Extrusion method As in patent no. 1783060 the liquid metal is quickly cooled and mixed in the continuous flow mould or electrodynamically degassed and homogenised. Counter current forces are applied to certain areas so that three-phase moving fields influence the edges of the metal in the direction of extrusion and the liquid metal evens out to the shape of the solid form. Electromagnetic field intensity is applied so that ferromagnetic layers of interference experience magnetic saturation. Within and/or outside the reaction time of the three phase moving fields, direct current magnetisation is superimposed upon the latter.</p> |
