<p>The oil-film transfer system for a hydrostatic spindle-nut sytem, is arranged such that the bearing-surfaces of the first slider is provided with a separate spacer-film of the required thickness. The two sliders are then assembled and the cavity is filled out with a curable plastic. After curing, the two sliders are taken out of one another, and the spacer film is then removed, and the sliders are then finally re-assembled. Pref. the spacer-film is a quick-drying cellulosic lacquer, or more partic., a reactive lacquer system.</p> |
