PURPOSE:To solve the delay of steering by connecting a sub-power cylinder to a steering link system, and applying a power steering force to the sub-power cylinder prior to the action of a power cylinder in a power steering device with the power cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A nut 10 is provided on a piston 4 with a rack 6 in a power cylinder 3, and a ball screw shaft 9 coaxial with a steering shaft 2 is screwed to it. A sector gear 8 provided on a cross shaft 7 is engaged with the rack 6, and a pitman arm 12 is connected to the cross shaft 7. The feed and discharge of pressure oil to the power cylinder 3 are controlled by a direction control valve 13, and its spool 14 is connected to an operation lever 11 integral with the nut 10 by a pin 15. A sub-power cylinder 30 for correcting the delay of steering is provided, its piston 31 and the pitman arm 12 are connected by a rod 32, and the feed and discharge of pressure oil to the cylinder 30 are controlled by electromagnetic control valves 23a, 23b in response to the steering state. |
