The roof guttering sections, whose abutting ends are to be sealed together, have an outwards-curved bulge on the edge furthest from the building. The connecting device is a clamp, lying close against the outside of the section ends, with a matching insertable outside peripheral bulge; its inside edge overlaps the section edges on the building side. The clamping shaped-section unit (6) is inserted on the ends of the edge bulges (1a, 2a) of the two gutter sections (1, 2) covering the intervening movement gap. Its longitudinal edge, protruding inside the guttering, incorporates a hole for accommodation of a notching projection (3h) fitted in the middle of the gap, on the inside walling of the connecting clamp (3). |
