PURPOSE:To improve the glare shielding effect to external lights and increase the contrast of a displayed image by burying a mesh in one side surface of a transparent base, and forming recessed parts in the space parts of the mesh. CONSTITUTION:On the surface side of a base 7 formed of a transparent thermoplastic resin such as acryl, a black mesh 8 formed by adhering carbon on the surface of polyester or a resin such as nylon is buried, and recessed surface parts curvedly recessed are formed in the mesh 8 space parts 8 of the base 7. Thus, when an external light is radiated onto the surface of a filter 10, the external light is scattered by the recessed parts of the base 7, and further, it is not reflected on the mesh 8 part, so that glare shielding effect can be improved. As the mesh 8 is formed on one side surface of the base 7, the contrast of a displayed image can be increased. |
