PURPOSE:To shorten removing time of a mixed material by treating a mixed material of binder, etc., in a green compact at two steps under negative pressure and the prescribed condition and removing the mixed material at the time of manufacturing machine parts, etc., with powder metallurgy, etc. CONSTITUTION:Raw material composed of the mixed material of metal powder and binder, etc., is compacted to the desired shape by using injection forming machine, etc. Successively, the green compact is heated at a low temp. under the negative pressure to remove a part of the mixed material and further, while heating up to intermediate temp. and supplying sweep gas, the remaining mixed material is removed under the negative pressure, and successively sintering is executed. By this method, as the sweep gas is not supplied from the initial stage, the mixed material can be efficiently removed at the low temp. under the high negative pressure and the shape and appearance of green compact can be prevented from being damaged. |
