PURPOSE:To capture moisture of a low dew point with high efficiency without generating clogging by forming a temp. gradient which extremely lowers the temp. in the sampling gas discharge part of a capturing vessel and gradually increases the temp. toward the sampling gas supply side therefrom. CONSTITUTION:The capturing vessel 30 is so constructed as to gradually increase the density of the heat transfer area from the sampling gas inlet part toward the outlet part and to wind a cooling pipe 51 in a radiation-temp. region 30b from the outer side of the vessel 30 and to wind a cooling pipe 51 within the vessel 30 in a low-temp. region 30c, therefore, the rapid cooling is possible. The water vapor in the sampling gas can be uniformly stuck to the vessel 30 from the temp. distribution state of the capturing vessel 30. The sampling gases of the wide range from the high dew point to the low dew point are, therefore, captured with high efficiency without clogging the vessel 30 or the piping. Since there is no clogging, the reliability of the device is improved.
