<p>PURPOSE:To achieve a higher speed and a higher efficiency of diagnosing by a method wherein contents of diagnosis entered in a diagnosis card and a patient card are stored into a TV telephone. Card readers are provided on both sides of the cards so as to allow the calling thereof and a residence of a patient is connected to a remote hospital by a voice and an image. CONSTITUTION:A diagnosis card 4 is inserted into a card reader 3 of a TV telephone 2 on the side of a patient and when a reserved data of diagnosing is reached, a CPU in a first card reader 3 of the TV telephone 2 on the side of the patient is turned ON to make the TV telephone 1 ready for conversation with a TV telephone on the side of a hospital. A physician is called automatically to the TV telephone 1 on the side of the hospital. As the physician stands at the TV telephone 1, a patient card 6 is inserted into a second card reader 5. The physician checks a diagnosis history in the past and results of inspections stored in the patient card 6 and the present condition on a screen 24 to conduct an oral checking. Results of a diagnosis are stored into the patient card 6 on the side of the hospital and into the diagnosis card 4 on the side of the patient. Here, when the physician determines the next reserved time to operate a keyboard 4, the reserved time for diagnosis is written into both the cards 4 and 6 to finish the diagnosis.</p> |
