<p>Plant-protection agents in the form of a wettable, partially water-soluble, finely divided, readily pourable powder have herbicidal activity and contain (a) at least one salt of formula (I) (where R1 is halogen, R2 is alkyl, n is 0-5, m is 0-2 and n+m is 1-5, and M is an alkali metal) as active ingredient, constituting 5-85 wt.% of the compsn. (b) an anticaking additive (0.5-5.0 wt.%) (c) a dye (0.1-2.0 wt.%) and (d) a liquid, water-miscible ingredient (0.001-2 wt.%). The compdsn. are easy t produce and use, are non-dusting and non-caking, do not irritate mucous membranes, may be made up into concd. aqs. preparations, and do not lose their herbicidal properties even in hard water. The inclusion of a dye gives a rapid check of homogeneity and acts as a warning, and the small amount of water-miscible liquid assures improved distribution of the dye without giving rise to caking.</p> |
