PURPOSE:To efficiently utilize heat and obtain the subject food of high quality by arranging far infrared ray emitting ceramic boards having many through- holes between a heat source and fish bodies so that the aforementioned through- holes may be parallel, to the heat source and heating the fish bodies. CONSTITUTION:Far infrared ray emitting ceramic boards 2 (of the material of cordierite, etc.) having 8-20mm thickness and emission peaks preferably at 5-12mum wavelength are placed between a heat source 1 such as a gas burner and fish bodies 5 of opened eels so that many through-holes of the above- mentioned ceramic boards 2 may be parallel to the heat radiating direction of the aforementioned heat source 1 to heat the fish bodies with heat from the heat source 1 and far infrared rays. Thereby, the objective food is obtained. |
