PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a beat signal by using an oscillating circuit, which generates a high frequency signal, for respective channels in common. CONSTITUTION:Plural laser diodes 1A, 1B,... housed in a common package, plural driving circuits 2A, 2B...which drive laser diodes 1A, 1B,.. respectively, and an oscillating circuit 3 common to laser diodes 1A, 1B...are provided. The high frequency signal from the oscillating circuit 3 is supplied to laser diodes 1A, 1B... through superposed signal driving circuits 4A, 4B... for impedance matching between internal impedances of laser diodes 1A, 1B... and the output side of the oscillating circuit 3. Thus, a frequency difference of the high frequency signal among channels is prevented, and consequently, the generation of the beat signal is prevented. |
