<p>PURPOSE:To easily execute the caulking work of a rivet in a short time by constituting a joint ring of plural partial annular bodies, and inserting through a shaft, while observing visually a superposed state of each through-hole and misalignment of the shaft and the through-hole, etc. CONSTITUTION:Partial annular bodies 11A-14B of each joint ring 11-14 are manufactured. Subsequently, the partial annular body 11A of a first joint ring 11, and the partial annular body 11B of the joint ring 11 being adjacent to a first joint ring 11 are connected successively. At the time of connection, a rivet 15 is inserted through a through-hole 11c of a connecting piece 11b of the partial annular body 11A and a through-hole 11e of a connecting piece 11d of the partial annular body 11b, and this rivet 15 is caulked. As a result, the partial annular body 11A and 11B are connected so as to be freely turnable. Also, the rivet 15 is inserted through the through-hole 11c, and in that state, it is also possible to insert through the rivet in the through-hole 11e. At any rate, since the through-holes 11c, 11d and the rivet 15 can be observed visually, the rivet 15 can be inserted through easily.</p> |
