PURPOSE: To obtain a zero state by storing positions of a motor from position value outputs of a potentiometer as at least a function of an ink type used for a printing press in a memory and storing a plurality of sets of software zeros to at least different ink type. CONSTITUTION: To move an ink control lever 416 to a position for dealing a required printing via an ink module control bar 414 coupled to a bidirectional motor 420 and brought into contact with the lever 416, the motor 420 in an ink regulating module 410 is operated. Then, a position of the motor 420 is measured by a potentiometer 422, and positions of the motor from position value outputs of the attached potentiometer to obtain a software zero for the press are stored in a memory. |
