<p>A number of cleaving knives, or saws, with powered stroke along the backbones of the carcases, are mountedon pillars forming esp. a roundabout frame running between floor and ceiling rails, with automatic cutting controls, an independent drive, and couplings to the suspenders of the carcase conveyor whose track has an approx. semicircular bend matching the cutter frame. Device is labour saving and gives increased output.</p> |
