<p>PURPOSE:To restrain the occurrence of flat spots by arranging a bead rubber having a specific hardness and thickness on the outside of a bead core in the axial direction of a tire, and by inclining the inward surface of a bead apex, which has been arranged so as to cover the bead core and a bead rubber, toward the outside with regard to the radial line of the tire. CONSTITUTION:In the inside of a bead region K surrounded by the body part 6A of a carcass 6 and the folding part 6B, a bead core 2, a bead rubber 7, and a bead apex 8 placed so as to cover both of the above are arranged. The hardness of the bead rubber 7 in the JIS hardness A is made greater than 80 degrees and less than 100 degrees, and also the thickness t thereof in the axial direction of a tire is set to be greater than 2 mm and less than 10 mm. The thickness of the bead apex 8 is gradually decreased toward the outside in the radial direction of the tire to form a nearly triangular section, and the inward surface 8s thereof is inclined to the radial line l of the tire at a large angle. By this constitution, the occurrence of flat spots can be prevented, and riding comfort can be improved.</p> |
