MOLDING METHOD FOR BEST-SHAPED SHEET BODY AND ITS MOLDING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To bond single sheet automatically on the rear end of another single sheet by transferring a sheet cut by a cutter on a tenter conveyor by means of its retaining means and transfer means onto a sheet joint conveyor and positioning and placing the sheet with its cut edge in parallel with the transfer direction of the sheet joint conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A single sheet cut by a cutting means 6 on a tenter conveyor 4 is transferred onto a sheet joint conveyor 5 by means of its retaining means 7 and a transfer means 8, and the sheet is positioned and placed with its cut edge in parallel with the transfer direction of the joint conveyor 5. Then, the front end of a following sheet is overlapped on the rear end of the foregoing sheet and bonded together successively one after another.
