摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide labor saving and an unmanned structure in a powder material handling equipment for foods and the like by transporting a powder material transporting container with respective proper numbers designated per lot by an unmanned transporting means according to the type of particle material, lot size and container designation information between a container storage point and a working point. CONSTITUTION:An automated guided vehicle (AGV) 21 travels to a storage point according to the instruction of the type and quantity to be manufactured to receive a designated container in a rack stock 31. Then it travels to a raw material charging machine for powder material 41 to receive raw material charging. A container 10 where prescribed raw material charging has been performed is stored in an empty position of the rack stock 31 and a storage number is memorized. In using the raw material, a container loaded with the raw material is transported to a blender 51 by a transferring carrier 20 according to a prescription to return the blended raw material to the rack stock 31 for memory. In other work, similar handling is carried out. It is thus possible to provide labor saving and an unmanned structure.</p>
