PURPOSE:To make it possible to comprise a small-sized and low weight actuator by assembling a piezoelectric body in which the interior angle of a right and triangle pole is polarized in the direction of the right angle or laminating a piezoelectric body in which a semicircular pole with the apex angle of 90 degree is polarized in the direction of the apex angle. CONSTITUTION:An attempt is made to produce a triangle pole-shaped PZT (zircon titanium acid) piezoelectric body 1 and carry out polarization process in the direction of an apex where the interior angle is right angles. An arrow mark 2 stands for the direction of the polarization. A further attempt is made to prepare four sets of the triangle pole-PZT piezoelectric body 1 thus produced and produce four angle pole-piezoelectric bodies 11, 12, 13, and 14 by butting the two sides which clamps the right angle and connecting the piezoelectric bodies with a bonding agent. |
