<p>PURPOSE:To prevent cracks from occurring at the angle of a step part and a core from breaking due to cracks by forming a rounded corner between the bottom and the side at the step part for bonding a board to which the terminal of a coil is connected. CONSTITUTION:A rotary transformer comprises two disclike ferrite cores 1, each having a coil on one side thereof. The sides provided with the coils face each other. At least in one disclike ferrite core 1, a step part 5 for bonding a board, to which the terminals of the coil is connected, is formed on the rear of the side where the coil is arranged, and an R8 of 0.5mm or more is formed at the corner between the bottom and the side of the step part 5. For example, an R of 0.5mm is formed at the corner between the bottom and the side of the step part 5 of the disclike ferrite core 1 which has the through hole 2 at the center and in which a circular groove and a lead-out groove 4 are made at one side and the step part 5 is formed at the rear.</p> |
