PURPOSE:To prevent the thermal curving of substrates in an adhesive sticking stage of the optical information recording medium of a both-side tight contact and lamination type by forming an adhesive layer of an adhesive formed by dispersing a non-reactive resin of a rubber system into a photosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:After optical recording films 2 and org. protective films 3 are formed on preformatted substrates 1, the adhesive is prepd. by compounding the photosetting resin and the non-reactive resin of the rubber system and is applied on the substrates by a spray coating method, gravure roll coating method, spin coating method, etc., to form the film 4 of the adhesive. The film 4 is then irradiated with radiations and is thereby cured to form the network structure of the non-reactive resin of the rubber system in the film 4. A pair of the substrates 1 are thereafter brought into pressurized contact and stuck and the substrates 1 are irradiated with the radiations from the side opposite from the film 2 forming side thereof; thereafter, the adhesive layer is subjected to a curing treatment. Since the substrates are adhered by the relatively low temp. in this way, the generation of the strains by the temp. difference of the substrates is obviated. |
