<p>PURPOSE:To make sure of separation of the lowermost one of piled sheets in a pile guide device by means of a pair of rubber suckers accompanied with the up and down motion of an actuating lever, and to forward the separated sheet properly to working areas by the reciprocal motion of the pile guide device. CONSTITUTION:The lowermost one of leather convers which are piled up in a pile guide device 110 is sucked by a pair of rubber suckers 132a and 132b by the first half upward motion of an actuating lever 130, then is separated by the subsequent second half motion, and next is forwarded to No.1 working area in the section which is in front of a check click 132a by the first half motion of the pile guide device 110. In this section a heater for a center rounding process is arranged. After the pile guide device 110 has been restored to the initial configuration, the center rounding process is performed simultaneously when sucking and separating actions are performed by the subsequent first half motion of the actuating lever 130. Then the cover is forwarded to No.2 working area by the second half motion of the pile guide device 110, and bonding work with a center still is performed in this section with adhesive coated to the outside of the cover surface.</p> |
