<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption by turning on/off a second switching element by the potential of a first node between a first fuse and a first switching element and turning on/off the first switching element by the potential of a second node between a second fuse and the second switching element. CONSTITUTION:A second switching element Q2 is turned on/off by the potential of a first node N1 between a first fuse F1 and a first switching element Q1, and the first switching element Q1 is turned on/off by the potential of a second node N2 between a second fuse F2 and the second switching element Q2. Though a DC current flows to the route of the fuse F1 and the switching element Q1 or the route of the fuse F2 and the switching element Q2, the DC current does not flow at all in the normal use state because only one of fuses F1 and F2 is burnt out. Thus, the power consumption is reduced.</p> |
