<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser power monitoring semiconductor device capable of dealing with both of a differential output and a single end output, and to provide an optical pickup device and an optical disk device. <P>SOLUTION: One end of a resistance element RA is connected to a Vcc power supply voltage terminal pin 41, and the other end of the resistance element RA is connected to one end of a resistance element RB and the input of a buffer circuit 61. The other end of the resistance element RB is connected to a GND ground terminal pin 43. The output of the buffer circuit 61 is connected to one end of a resistance element RC, and the other end of the resistance element RC is connected to a Vc external input terminal pin 42 and one end of a resistance element RD. The other end of the resistance element RD is connected to the input of a buffer circuit 62, and an internal reference voltage Vout is output from the buffer circuit 62. When an external input Vc is supplied from the Vc external input terminal pin 42, the internal reference voltage Vout is synchronized with the external input Vc to eliminate the influence of the fluctuation of a power supply voltage Vcc on the internal reference voltage Vout. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
