<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate problems for effectively utilizing a space when a multifunctional large display panel is installed in the place with satisfactory monitor ability of a central control room by switching a picture to plant abnormal state display function by a function separator when an accident at a plant level is generated. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a normal stable operation, the output of a working site ITV unit 2, weather information announced by the Meterological Agency to be transmitted by a weather information transmitter 3, important information at the plant level 4 and the output of a video telephony device 5 as required are inputted to a function switcher 6. An operator displays the picture of the arbitrary function on a large display panel 7 by manual selection. When abnormality or the accident is generated, the large display panel 7 is automatically switched to 'large important information' by the function switcher 6 and on the large display panel 7, an alarm window corresponding to each signal from a large importance alarm 1 is displayed. Then, for the hit alarm window, the turned-on picture is displayed. Thus, the problems are canceled for effectively utilizing the space.</p> |
