<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope treatment system shortening and facilitating a manual operation by connecting and operating a treatment unit by an one-directional continuous operation. <P>SOLUTION: This endoscope treatment system is provided with an endoscope 3 having an insertion tube 2, a channel 5 provided along the insertion tube 2, the treatment unit 7 insertable into the channel 5 and having a treatment section 6 at its distal end, and an advance driving means 8 freely advanced/retracted in the direction parallel to the channel 5 and advancing the treatment unit 7 into the channel 5.
