<p>An arrangement for mode determination and variation in an automatic transportation system uses a control register (BR1) and a destination register (FZR1) in each vehicle (k). In the operations centre (DZ) are registers for control (BR2), destination (FZR), and position (SR), and a comparator (VG) for each vehicle. At the start of each journey the operations centre determines the operating mode and destination and stores them in corresp. registers (BR2, FZR), from which the information is sent to the vehicle registers (BR1, FZR1). The vehicle periodically transmits its position to the position register (SR), whose contents are compared with the destination by the comparator (VG). At the destination the registers are reset. With the exception of the registers, the system consists of devices contained in existing equipment.</p> |
