Hydraulic press cylinder with rapid piston advance and return - has annular space underneath piston coupled to piston chamber by channels

The hydraulic press cylinder has rapid advance and return of the piston and an additional suction system. Underneath the piston (6) is provided an annular chamber (2) which is connected to the space (5) for the piston by channels (3, 4) for attaining the rapid piston advance. The rapid advance surface results from difference between the piston surface and that of the annular chamber underneath the piston. The rapid return surface results from the difference between the piston surface and that of the piston rod.
