PURPOSE:To provide the title agent excellent in heat resistance and the adhesivity to tack agents, etc., for use in reinforcing esp. adhesive tapes, etc., comprising an aqueous emulsion with particle size not larger than a specified value with low emulsifier content containing a specific smoothing agent and an additive. CONSTITUTION:A smoothing agent where at least one kind of ester from a >=26C aliphatic and/or aromatic carboxylic acid and an alcohol accounts for >=60wt.% of the same is incorporated with an additive such as an anionic antistatic agent along with 0-10wt.% of an emulsifier (pref. an alkylene oxide adduct of a compound having at least one active hydrogen) followed by making a primary emulsification and then a high speed fluid flow atomization into an aqueous emulsion of <=1mum in particle size, thus obtaining the objective lubricant excellent in adhesivity and heat resistance without impairing the tack agent for matrices and the physical properties of rubbers. Despite small amount of said emulsifier incorporated, the emulsion is stable, giving strong interaction with e.g. a tack agent. Furthermore, the present lubricant has fuming- suppressive effect in carrying out a heat treatment. |
