PURPOSE:To coat a small mount of an offset preventing liquid on a roller by letting a member which holds offset-preventing liquid contact removably with a member which coats offset-preventing liquid to a roller thereby supplying the liquid. CONSTITUTION:A fixing roller 1 comprises applying thin coating 3 of offset-preventing material on a metal hollow pipe 2 and is built in with a heater 4. A press roller 5 comprises applying thick coating 7 of offset-prevenntive soft elastic material on a core metal roll 4. Both the rollers 1, 5 are press-contacted and the other roller is driven by the driving of one roller. When toner image support paper P is inserted between both the rollers 1, 5, toner T is press-fixed to the paper P by pressure and heat. If offset-preventing liquid is coated 14 on the roll 1 by way of a high polymer synthetic resin film 13 having fine open cells with a felt 11 for coating the preventing liquid may be coated little by little and handling becomes simple. |
