PURPOSE:To eliminate a necessity of handling a liquid resin and thus to improve operating property by a method wherein an armature winding is arranged in a heating together with a resin containing a pigment and solid at normal temperature, the resin is dissolved once and then cured solidly. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin solid at normal temperature and containing a pigment to identify a winding specification is placed on a heated mold 3. An armature winding 1 and a commutator 5 are placed on a resin plate 4, and after a shaft 6 is inserted therein, heated molds 7 and 8 are inserted vertically. The resin plate 4 is dissoled once in the molds, and after it is allowed to flow into voids of the armature winding 1, the resin is cured to fix solidly. By constituting such, a handling of various liquid resins different in pigment blending can be avoided to facilitate a process control, and operating property can also be improved. |
