PURPOSE:To eliminate a necessity of bearing parts and also to facilitate a centering work by a method wherein a bearing cylinder with the inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of a motor shaft is formed through sintering a powdery metal, and then the end inner diameter is reduced to form a bearing. CONSTITUTION:Where a bering with permanent magnet arranged on the outer periphery like a coreless motor is made, a bearing cylinder 1 is formed solidly with a flange 10 through sintering a copper group or a high permeability of iron group powdery metal. In this case, one end of the bearing cylinder 1 is formed to an inner diameter d0 almost equal to the outer diameter of a motor shaft 3, the other end is then formed to an inner diameter d1 larger than d0, and the end inner diameter d1 is reduced to d0 by means of jig 14 later to form a bearing 15 on both ends. By constituting such as will support the motor shaft 3 directly, other bearing parts are made unnecessary and an adjustment for centering can be made easy. |
