PURPOSE:To optionally form the shape of an inner tube, by filling internal pressures into inner and outer tubes of a fluorescent lamp to almost an equal level. CONSTITUTION:In a fluorescent lamp inner tube 5 of permeable glass for ultraviolet rays, a small amount of mercury and several Torrs of rare gas are sealed further with a provision of electrode. An outer tube 6 is constructed by a glass or plastics such as acrylic resins and functionally served also as a globe. Further in a space between the inner tube 5 and the outer tube 6, inactive gas or atmospheric gas is sealed in such a manner as to be at a level of low gas pressure almost the same as that in the inner tube. A fluorescent material layer A is applied on the inner face of the inner tube 5. |
