<p>PURPOSE:To improve a printing quality by providing a third holding means holding correction data generated based on data held in a first holding means and a second holding means and a controlling means controlling a conduction time for a target dot in a line to be printed based on the correction data. CONSTITUTION:Data for a target dot in a line to be printed are imparted to a line buffer 7A as an output C3 of a latch circuit 15. Data for the dot just before the target dot and the dot just after the target dot are imparted to a ROM 25 respectively as an output C2 and an output C1. Data for a reference dot in the line just before the line to be printed, the dot just before the reference dot, and the dot just after the reference dot are imparted to the ROM 25 respectively as an output B3, an output B2, and an output B1. Data for a reference dot in the second previous line from the line to be printed, the dot just before the reference dot, and the dot just after the reference dot are imparted to the ROM 25 respectively as an output A3, an output A2, and an output A1.</p> |
