PURPOSE:To transmit adequate information to the operator according to the state of a copying machine by constituting the copying machine in such a way that the contents of the information to be transmitted can be varied in accordance with the information on the use of the machine. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 3 consisting of a sequence control circuit 31 and an image control circuit 32 receives various set signals set with an operation panel 1, receives the detection signal from the detector 5, and performs required arithmetic processing according to the detection that the cumulative number of copying sheets is any of <1,000, 1,000-5,000, >5,000-<10,000. Thereafter said circuit transmits 3 kinds of copying, commands to a copying device 2, voice sounding signals to a voice outputting circuit 4 and required display signals to the panel 1. Thus in an unskilled state of <1,000 cumulative number of copying sheets, comprehensive spaking is made and in a middle or fully skilled state, correspondingly omitted speaking is made, so that the copying work is executed quietly and efficiently. |
