PURPOSE:To take out a orignal without spoiling it when the original is jammed by controlling a gate to open is, when an original jamming signal is outputted, and automatically opening the gate based on the goneration of the original jamming. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 9 outputs and original feed signal when the scanning complete signal for preceding copying operation is inputted and a gate open signal when an original jamming signal is inputted. When the gate open signal is outputted, a solenoid driving circuit 10 starts the operation and a solenoid 8 is activated by the operation of the circuit 10, and then, a gate is opened. Therefore, any jammed originals can be taken out without spoiling them by opening a platen cover. |
