PURPOSE:To reduce creases produced during winding and unwinding by laminating a film contg. little volatile matter on a polysulfone film or the like to improve the slipping action when a thin film of a metallic compound is formed on the polysulfone film. CONSTITUTION:A film contg. little volatile matter is laminated under heating on a plastic film of polysulfone, polyether sulfone, polycarbonate or the like which is liable to crease during winding and unwinding owing to its unsatisfactory slipping action. A thin film of a metallic compound such as metallic oxide is then formed by vapor deposition in high vacuum, ion plating, sputtering or other method. |
