PURPOSE:To prepare a paste product having chewing touch of crab meat of its own, wherein a large number of short fiber meat slant to the longer direction of the product, by setting specific cut forming part, laminating and binding part, slantingly cutting part, turning part, connecting part, packing part, and cutting part of given length in series. CONSTITUTION:The production device K for crab-meat like paste product consists of the cut forming part A to cut plural sheets of beltlike meat into a material like noodle line, the laminating and binding part B to pile and to bind it, the slantingly cutting part C to cut the piled material slantingly to the longer direction and to form short fiber blocks, the turning part D to rearrange the blocks in such a way that the section of the blocks is made into a side, the connecting part E to connect each block and to make a continuous block, the packing part F to pack it, and the cutting part G of given length to cut it into a given length and to make a product.
