<p>Method and plant for cleaning textile products, particularly carpets by means of a textile cleaning apparatus, the surface to be cleaned being treated with a cleaning liquid. Problems occur with known methods and plants which involve a cleaning by means of powder, a shampoo and a removal by spraying, and also particularly those which use an electrostatic charge. The problems occur mainly because the fabric is not cleaned sufficiently rapidly nor thoroughly in depth. The present invention solves those problems by effecting a cleaning at a high temperature, a heating surface (37) approximately parallel to the surface to be cleaned (19) rotating in efficient relationship on the cleaning surface. The temperature of the heating surface is regulated according to the type of textile, the cleaning product, the soiled state and the ambient conditions, preferably in a range of 110-170oC.</p> |
