发明名称 Arrangement for fitting cable installations into buildings
摘要 The invention relates to a uniform building cabling system. Once the building framework has been completed and the beams and ceiling beams have been fitted, a tradesman can apply a marking on the floor directly in the vicinity of the point at which it is intended to position an electrical connecting socket or the like. The tradesman then drills a vertical hole in a horizontal ceiling panel directly above this floor marking. A visible location tool is positioned in the hole, to be precise such that it is suspended from the ceiling panel, held in the hole. The wall and ceiling claddings can then be installed by other tradesmen. Subsequently, an electrician enters the closed crawling space between the ceiling and the roof, where he easily sees the location tool. He connects an electrical cable to the location tool and releases said tool so that it falls downwards out of the hole, under the influence of gravity, and at the same time takes the cable down with it in an essentially vertical line. The electrician can then enter the room, sees the marking on the floor and determines where he wishes to have the connecting socket, cuts a hole in the wall and finds the wire which is located directly behind it, in order to connect said wire to the socket. The tool can have an elongated heavy arm on which an upwardly extending pointer section is fitted. It can furthermore [lacuna] an element for fitting ... Original abstract incomplete.
